History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his father before him.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Jocelyn is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Jocelyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Guard father left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Lance was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and many dire rats want him driven away
