Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings. His tied-back hair is blonde. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gilbert embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Theodoric hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a fortune-teller again

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
