Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is long and white with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: 5'8" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents and is in decent physical shape. His hair is short and blonde. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he usually wears his white robe and has his kukri always slung over his shoulder. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theobald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born in a small island village. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Adam is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adam does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Adam reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
