History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Bertram was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born in the south to a Carpenter, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.
