Roger Kent, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He is portly but not overly obese. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: Roger is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Roger was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Junk Dealer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
