Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Roger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Solomon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To be a Tanner again; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to be a body guard again
