History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Jeweler father left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, marred by teas. His hair is short and black. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
