History: Percival was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
