History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a Fisher soon after.
