History: Born in the east to a Assassin, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and doesn't want to be a assassin and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
