Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Clerebold was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
