Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Randal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Randal was born with his mother's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Adelard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Adelard was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
