Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

Description: An older man who wears a pastel vest and prefers green and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Lance was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. He became a Fisher soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fisher responsibilities is difficult.
