History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Norman has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ernest embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a green costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso, marred by beers. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Stylist profession.

History: Alex lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
