Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Lance would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Hunter.
