History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a Mayor soon after.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Doctor father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
