Description: This man is very fat, and usually wears his grey robe and has his mace always slung over his shoulder. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cartwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He very much looks the part of a Gardener, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. His red hair is still thick. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He stands about 5'6" and wears a worn and beaten armor. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Charles was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
