Personality: Tim speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He tends to his Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
