History: The child of a Junk Dealer, who enjoyed hunting, Manfred was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ralf isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
