History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Theodoric reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it, marred by teas. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raymond grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raymond. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
