History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Animal Trainer for the past few years.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. William was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
