Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Healer who has hired him part-time. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in axe use. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears skinny pants and wears a pastel and red robe with the hood down. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Arnold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His white hair is lengthy. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
