Personality: He is fixated on the number 59. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Justin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Godfrey was born the youngest of three triplets. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His childhood dream was to be a Butcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is an amazing painter.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to reunite with his old friends
