History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Locksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Locksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the west. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. Being a Barber kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to work out more often

The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Norman was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man stands a little under 6'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is long and brown with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
