History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Jocelyn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and revenge

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to unite with his brother
