History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Tanner born in the past three hundred years. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Guard does. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His white hair is lengthy. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love
