History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Arnold began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he wants revenge against drow

Voice: Pronounces 'its' and 'is' like 'eats' and 'ease'

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To protect his home; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stableman.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult.
