After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Gardener, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hugh isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Body Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
