History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently the stress of being a Fortune-teller has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a green cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His tied-back hair is blonde. His ears are large.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bernard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bernard. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.
