History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Robert's homeland. Robert decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
