History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
