History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This man wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his left hand. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his small yellow hat.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Barber. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Dean reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Bertram was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He is a husky man, who is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and green handkerchief worn on his right side. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
