History: Born in the west to a Farmer, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his religion dominates his actions
