History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a Detective soon after.
