History: Simon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Everard hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Diggory embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Diggory was a troubled youth. History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.
