History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Randal's homeland. Randal decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.
