Description: He wears a tan coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has a very tight haircut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control.
