History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Nicholas was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nicholas decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Crown-heir, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Clerebold was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Clerebold's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hubert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
