Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Roland enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Roland was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

History: He was born into a rich family. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.
