History: He comes from a rich southern family. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a Ruler soon after.

His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: William lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
