History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Bricklayer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Gifted from a young age, William studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lewis studied abroad. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is wearing a long, blue cloak, marred by sweets. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and further expansion of business

Description: This light-skinned male is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and his religion dominates his actions
