Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his trident, and his gloved hand is found clutching a trident. His white hair is braided into rings. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Norman embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is greedy.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Seamstress.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
