History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Dustin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dustin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Dustin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
