Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Aldous took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a white coat with brown slacks. His hair is long and golden with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: He wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears dull black sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed axe, just in case. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. He has achieved small success as a Seamstress.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his glaive with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
