History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Hugh abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: Standing 5'4", this man has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the north. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Actor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and balancing his hectic life and new actor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Scribe. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He prefers to wear pastel pants and tee shirts. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
