He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Godfrey was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sculptor. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Godfrey never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
