He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. His head has been shaved. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

Personality: Bertram wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
