History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Justin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
