History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born in the south. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: Born to a Interpreter, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
