History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

History: Born to a Animal Trainer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Bernard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born in the south to a Knight, Conrad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This man wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kody does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
